Please read this entire page to make sure you are eligible to exchange your boots.

- Should you need different size CruiserWorks™ boots or product, exchanges must be made in “AS NEW” condition within 14 days of the purchase date and will be exchanged for the new size.

- If your CruiserWorks™ boots or other product has a defect, returns must be made within 60 days of purchase date.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return postage is payable by you. However, ground shipping will not be charged on exchanges made within 14 days.

- Please note that you must return your boots to CruiserWorks™ before a new pair can be shipped to you.

- Returns must include your CruiserWorks order number, name, and address on the outside of the package.

- To process your return, please fill out the Return / Exchange Request Form, and you will receive your RMA information needed to process your return.
