RETURN POLICY

Please read this entire page to make sure you are eligible to return your boots.

- CruiserWorks™ will accept returns for orders purchased at full price in “AS NEW” condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

- A full refund will be given if the product is returned in “AS NEW” condition: unworn, unscuffed, and in the original packaging. CruiserWorks™ boots and  products with any noticeable wear, as determined by CruiserWorks™, will be disqualified from our exchange and return policies.

- All shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Returns must include your CruiserWorks™ order number, name, and address on the outside of the package.

- To process your return, please fill out the Return / Exchange Request Form , and you will receive your RMA information needed to process your
  return.
