My name Skip Wood (the son). I have just returned from a week in Guatemala and took a pair of Dad's new boots he has been wearing and thinking about producing for next year. While I the son, I have my own opinions and these were awesome boots.
From being in the Third World with these boots for a week I can attest to how great these boots are. I've done everything from hiking, painting, construction, hauling heavy equipment, to walking on rough cobblestone streets in Antigua. Thes...e boots took some SERIOUS punishment over the past week and handled it like it was a walk in the park. Even in heavy rain, my feet stayed comfortable and dry. These boots handled the 100 degree heat and 90% humidity and kept me comfortable and able to help repair a children's school on the Guatemalan coast. If you need a pair of boots that take a serious beating and keep you as comfortable as humanly possible, these are the ones for you.
Go to CruiserWorks Facebook page and see more boot pictures and give Dad some feedback. If enough people chime in, I bet he'll go to market with them.
