While CruiserWorks sells the best motorcycle boots on the market, we are more than that. We are a service company. Our job is to serve you and hopefully exceed you expectations. If it’s important to you, it’s important to us. And, more than likely, it may be important to other CruiserWorks customers and friends. So, after hearing feedback from you, we have created a forum so you can help us serve you better. Just a reminder, if you paid for those eBay boots using Paypal, you can file a complaint with them within the first 90-120 days I believe.  These boots are the best riding boots I've owned in 40 years of riding.  These are good people with a great product.  I hope you used Paypal because they can get the $$$ back.  As a Safety guy, Educator and Motorist Awareness guy, I'd advise you not to scrinp when you are looking for good boots, jacket, gloves and helmet.  Good luck to you.
